Cancellation and rescheduling

Refund eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on the confirmed booking terms, work already completed, costs already incurred and the circumstances of cancellation. This page does not promise a refund where no refund entitlement has been agreed.

Studio and project work

For reserved studio time, production, editing, mixing, mastering or other project work, amounts attributable to completed work or non-recoverable costs may not be refundable where permitted by applicable law and the agreed terms.

Classes

Class rescheduling and refund handling may depend on the specific class, teacher availability and terms communicated when enrolment is confirmed.

Approved refunds

If a refund is approved, the method and expected processing timeline will be communicated. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
