These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Live Room Studio website and enquiries or bookings submitted through it. Availability, schedules and project scope are confirmed separately.

Bookings

Submitting a form does not itself guarantee a session, class or reservation. A booking is confirmed only through our applicable booking process.

Customer responsibilities

Customers should provide accurate information and ensure material supplied for recording, production or publication can lawfully be used.

Payments, cancellation and rescheduling

Applicable payment, cancellation, refund and rescheduling terms communicated for a booking form part of that booking. Please also review our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Creative rights

Ownership and permitted use of recordings, compositions, artwork, video and project files may depend on the service and project agreement. Website use does not automatically transfer intellectual-property rights.

Accounts and acceptable use

Users are responsible for account security and must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, impersonate others or use services unlawfully.

Third parties and availability

Third-party links and integrations are governed by their own terms. Website access may occasionally be interrupted and information may change.
